Requesting Expensify Access

This document describes the process for the actions Partner Community Users will be asked to perform to request Expensify access.

If an Eagle Leader needs Expensify access, you request access through the Leader Record. 

Step 1: Use the search bar to pull up the record.

Step 2: Select the name from the Search results to bring up the member record.

Step 3: In the member record, click Edit

On the member record, verify the Eagle Leader has completed onboard training. If an EL has not completed this training, s/he is not able to get Expensify access.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Eagle Leader Information section: 

  • Check the Expensify Account box.
  • Fill in the email address of the Expensify Approver. In most cases, the Expensify Approver at the local level is the Chapter Captain.

Once you request Expensify access, Finance will continue the process of creating the account and emailing the Eagle Leader and the Expensify Approver.
