Exploring the Partner Community

The goal of this document is to walk you through the different areas of the Partner Community.

Partner Community Home Page and Dashboard

Upon login you will be taken to your Partner Community Home page and Dashboard.

At the top of the page is the navigation toolbar:

  • Home: Dashboard screen

  • Contacts: This is where you will find all of your chapter’s members.

  • Supporters: NOT FOR LOCAL USE

  • Campaigns: The calendar hub of Salesforce. This is where we create events, log Eagle Engagements, and record Leader Meetings.

  • Reports: The data hub of Salesforce. You will find the reports that give you the numbers on the dashboard and more.

  • Chapter: This is where you can see what Chapter you are assigned to for the Partner Community.

  • Search Bar: The search will search within all areas of the Partner Community.

Contacts

Clicking on Contacts will bring up the Contacts page. In here you can view all of your members.

Use the drop down arrow under contacts to pull up the List Views:

Take a look at the toolbar across the top of the Contacts page.

New Contact Button
NOT FOR LOCAL USE. Members are created by joining at TeamRWB.org.
Add to Campaign Will add selected members to a campaign.
List View Controls
Will reset your view if you move any columns
Display As
Currently two options: Table and Kanban
Refresh Refreshes the list
Edit
Currently disabled. Only Edit Contact records when AD has directed you to do so.
Show Charts

Two contact charts are available to view.

Filter

Currently locked for Partner Community users. Use the List View to filter.

Campaigns

Clicking on Campaigns will bring up the Campaigns page. This is where we create events/activities, log Eagle Engagements, and record Meetings. 


Use the drop down arrow under Campaigns to pull up the List Views:

Take a look at the toolbar across the top of the Campaigns page.

New Campaign

Create a new campaign.

List View Controls

Will reset your view if you move any columns

Display As

Currently two options: Table and Kanban

Refresh

Refreshes the list

Edit

Currently disabled. Edit individual campaigns instead

Show Charts

Not enabled for Partner Community users.

Filter

Not enabled for Partner Community users.

Reports

Clicking on Reports will bring up the Reports page. This is where we can dig into the data displayed on the dashboard. Take a look at the side menu along the left of the Reports page. 


Reports

  • Recent - lists reports you have recently viewed

  • Created by Me - Not enabled for Partner Community users

  • Private Reports - Not enabled for Partner Community users

  • All Reports - list of all the reports available

Folders: Click on all folders to see the following

  • Campaign Reports
  • Contact Reports
  • Dashboard Reports
